Stephanie Weibel has worked as an RN in the Emergency Room at Trios Health for 5 years. After attending a Trios bankruptcy meeting, she realized how important it was to be involved in anything that affects her workplace. Stephanie decided the best way to stay informed and make positive change in her workplace was to become a Steward.

Welcome to our union! Workers at CHI Virtual Health recently ratified a First Contract with UFCW 21 by overwhelming majority. We are very excited to welcome our newest union members. Highlights of the first contract include a grievance procedure, wage scale and a Labor Management Committee to resolve ongoing challenges with patient load, scheduling and other workplace issues.
