UFCW 21 Scholarship Application

2019 Application Deadline: Friday, March 1 at 4:00PM
Recipients will be announced by April 1, 2019

Step 1: Application Reference Grid

This evaluation will be used in the selection process for the UFCW 21 Scholarship candidates. An applicant must provide the Scholarship Application Reference Grid PDF to a Teacher of the applicants' choice for them to complete. Applicants will need the completed grid PDF to complete the Scholarship Application in Step 2 so be sure you have it completed and ready to upload.

Step 2: Fill out the Application

The scholarship application requires personal information from a UFCW 21 Member as well as from the applicant, you may want to have your UFCW 21 Member benefactor on hand to help complete this information. Please be concise in your answers and provide no more than 300 words for each answer. In the event of multiple submissions, only the last application will be considered.

 

Step 3: Awarding Scholarships

The deadline for submitting applications is generally the first week in March. The UFCW 21 Executive Board comprised of rank and file members and union officers will review all applications and decide on the winners.
