Step 1: Fill out the Application

The scholarship application requires personal information from a UFCW 3000 Member as well as from the applicant, you may want to have your UFCW 3000 Member benefactor on hand to help complete this information. Please be concise in your answers and provide no more than 300 words for each answer. In the event of multiple submissions, only the last application will be considered. Paper applications will not be accepted.

Recipients will be announced in the Spring, thank you for applying!

Step 2: Awarding Scholarships

The UFCW 3000 Executive Board comprised of rank and file members and union officers will review all applications and decide on the recipients.
