UFCW 21 Scholarship Application

Step 1: Application Reference Grid

This evaluation will be used in the selection process for the UFCW 21 Scholarship candidates. An applicant must provide the Scholarship Application Reference Grid PDF to a Teacher of the applicants' choice for them to complete. Applicants will need the completed grid PDF to complete the Scholarship Application in Step 2 so be sure you have it completed and ready to upload.

Step 2: Fill out the Application

The scholarship application requires personal information from a UFCW 21 Member as well as from the applicant, you may want to have your UFCW 21 Member benefactor on hand to help complete this information. Please be concise in your answers and provide no more than one paragraph for each answer. 

 

Step 3: Awarding Scholarships

The deadline for submitting applications is generally the first week in February. The UFCW 21 Executive Board comprised of rank and file members and union officers will review all applications and decide on the winners.

Winners are strongly encouraged to attend the Award Ceremony and provide a written letter of thanks to the members of UFCW 21.
