First Hill Trust New Contract Ratified!

On Thursday, February 1, our new Collective Bargaining Agreement was ratified by online vote. All members voted “Yes” to unanimously approve the recommended agreement! Our Union Bargaining Team (Thao Palmer) thanks everyone for participating in the vote.

EB Management Company - First Hill Trust
Tentative agreement reached!

On Friday, January 12, our Bargaining Team reached a tentative agreement with First Hill Trust on a new Collective Bargaining Agreement. The new three-year contract (once ratified by a vote of our three UFCW 3000 members) will maintain the high-quality healthcare and retirement benefits we have won in previous contract cycles. It will also provide 2% raises to two of our members retroactive to January 1 of this year.

ONLINE VOTE

Given that this is a very small bargaining unit, we will hold the contract ratification vote online.
