THE DOCTORS CLINIC
CONTRACT RATIFIED
After months of bargaining the Doctors Clinic contract has been ratified with an overwhelming yes vote!
Highlights of the contract include:
5%-6% wage increases retroactive to July 1, 2023
Step Increases for eligible Employees retroactive to July 1, 2023
2.5% -3% wage increases effective July 1, 2024
2.5% wage increase effective July 1, 2025
New Step 18 in 2023 and a New Step 19 in 2024 with a 2% lumps sum payment in 2025 for Employees who have been at step 19 for one year
Shift Differential increases to $2.00
Weekend Premium increases to $3.00
BLS Certification reimbursement increased to $50.00
