Management has moved very little at the bargaining table. Our Bargaining Team came to the table ready to fight for a strong and equitable contract for all of our coworkers. We came to the table with multiple proposals to better our working conditions, including low census and staffing. Unfortunately, Management rejected our current proposals and refuses to bargain on the issues that matters most to us.
