Mid Valley Hospital: Our Collective Action Moves Management

PAR I and II’s Receive Retroactive Pay

After management refused to fix an equitable pay issue with PAR’s after ratification our Union Members showed Solidarity and signed a Petition demanding the Administration fix the issue.  Thanks to our Collective Action we moved management to do the right thing.  The effected PAR’s will receive a retro check the next pay period.
