PEOPLE POWERED POLITICS - Change Requires Action

Don Rubidoux is a Meat Cutter at the Mountlake Terrace Albertsons. Don is very active in politics in his community and his union. He knows real change can happen when you elect politicians that care about the issues and rights of working people. Don says,

“It’s important to me that my co-workers vote because I feel that it will get them directly involved with the political direction of their community. A community that respects its workers is a strong community. And it’s important for my co-workers to vote on their union contract because it helps lay the foundation and pave the way for future union generations.”
