The Employee Free Choice Act would strengthen workers’ right to freely choose union representation through a simple, fair process. Right now, 60 million non-union workers say they would join a union if they could. Just imagine how much more strength we’d have in contract negotiations with millions more workers on our side.

An overflow crowd filled Seattle’s Town Hall on Monday, September 4th for the grand finale of the 35-city “Change Wal-Mart, Change America” bus tour. Members of UFCW Local 21, UNITE HERE Local 8, the Teamsters, and other unions joined with community supporters to bring a rousing end to a wildly successful tour.
