To All Skagit Kidney Techs,

Management has given us a “last, best and final” contract proposal after only four bargaining sessions. We cannot accept this proposal with its wage freeze for this year, a half of 1% wage increase for each of the next two years and serious takeaways in our PTO plan.

We are notifying management that we do not believe we are finished bargaining and that we certainly cannot accept what they currently have on the table.

We are requesting that management return to the bargaining table so we can come to a mutually acceptable agreement that we can bring back to you for your vote.

We will keep you informed of their response and the date of our next bargaining session.
