Kidney Dialysis Technicians Say "NO" to Management's Final Offer

At our Contract Vote Ratification meeting on Sunday, June 3, UFCW 21 Kidney Techs voted unanimously to reject Skagit Regional Health's "last, best and final offer". With 95% of the members voting, we sent management a strong message that they need to get back to the bargaining table and get serious about reaching a fair deal.

"Our members will stand together for as long as it takes to get a fair contract," said Mary Hodgin, Kidney Dialysis Technician. "Their final offer was an insult. Management needs to get back to the table and do what's right for the techs, and our patients."

Our union has notified management that we're ready to get back to the bargaining table. If you have any questions or concerns, talk to a member of the bargaining team, or call your Union Representative, Charles Primm, (206) 436-6518.
