Below are some of the changes to our new contract:

- 8.5 % Cost of Living increase over the next 3 years

1.5% Retro back to April 1, 2013

1.5% increase December 1, 2013

2.5% increase April 1, 2014

3% increase April 1, 2015

- 1% Market adjustment December 1, 2013 for CT, Mammography, Med Tech and MRI job classes

- New Step 27 at the top of wage scale on April 1, 2015

- $500 per year for Continuing Education

- An improved process for part-time employees requests for additional shifts

- New fair and equitable process to schedule time off during “Prime Time”

- Improving access to EIB from 3 days to 2 days
