Low wages. High-cost medical coverage for families.
At The Doctors Clinic, it doesn't add up.

Our newspaper ad is getting attention in today’s Kitsap Sun! Here’s the text of the ad:
You may recognize our faces: we are the nurses, medical assistants, and other front-line workers who care for you and your family at The Doctors Clinic.
We are proud of the work we do providing health care to our community — but we’re frustrated that The Doctors Clinic isn’t showing employees the respect we deserve. For example:
- The Doctors Clinic charges so much for family health care coverage that some of us are forced to turn to state‑funded plans like Medicaid and Basic Health to provide for our families.
- Our wages are far below market standards. Many of us earn as much as $3 an hour less than we would doing the exact same job down the street at Harrison Medical Center.
We’re concerned that if The Doctors Clinic doesn’t start to offer competitive wages and benefits, turnover will rise, and it will become more difficult for our clinics to continue to offer the same top-notch patient care we’ve always provided.
It’s time for The Doctors Clinic to negotiate with our union to secure good wages and affordable health care for everyone.
